Job Responsibilities:

  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
    • Use data to optimise content and strategy for better engagement and reach.
  5. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
    • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Brand Awareness:
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a positive online brand image.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work with marketing, PR, and other departments to coordinate campaigns.
    • Collaborate with influencers and industry professionals to enhance reach.
  8. Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Implement new features and technologies to keep social media presence relevant.
  9. Crisis Management:
    • Address negative feedback and manage online crises effectively.

  10. Training and guidance:

Required Skills:
