- Optimise website speed, mobile friendliness, and crawlability.
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement content strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create and optimise high-quality, SEO-friendly content (blogs, articles, infographics, etc.).
- Link Building:
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, and conversions).
- Competitive Analysis:
- Analyse competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
- Local SEO:
- Optimise business listings and local citations to improve local search visibility.
- Manage and enhance Google My Business profiles.
- SEO Tools and Technologies:
- Utilise various SEO tools to conduct audits, research, and track performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO tools and technologies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations to improve overall website performance.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
