Job Responsibilities:

- Design Systems:
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Accessibility:
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
