Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
    • Engage with potential clients, primarily foreign, through calls and emails.
    • Understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for purchasing a website.
  2. Consultation and Needs Assessment:
    • Offer expert advice and guidance on website options and solutions.
    • Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable website packages or customisation options.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Have a comprehensive understanding of the websites available for sale.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.
  4. Sales pitch and negotiation:
    • Present website options to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
    • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure sales while maximising profitability.
  5. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the sales process.
  6. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
    • Analyse competitor offerings and strategies to refine sales tactics.
  7. Documentation and Administration:
    • Prepare and finalise sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and development to deliver customised solutions to clients.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to address any client-specific requirements or customisation needs.
  9. Training and support:
    • Provide training and support to clients on website management and maintenance.
    • Offer assistance with domain registration, hosting setup, and other technical aspects as needed.
  10. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Track sales performance, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for dealing with international clients.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of website development, design, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
